Scrplay2 is designed specifically for users in Malaysia. Members are responsible for ensuring that their use of the scrplay2 platform is lawful in their geographic location. scrplay2 is not liable for any violation of local laws committed by members while using the platform.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on scrplay2. Holding multiple accounts, whether under your own name or another person's identity, is strictly forbidden and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including winnings.
When registering an account on scrplay2, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a secure password. You are responsible for keeping your account information current whenever changes occur.
You are solely responsible for keeping your scrplay2 password and login credentials confidential. scrplay2 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact scrplay2 support immediately.
Scrplay2 reserves the right to request identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), bank statement, or other supporting documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges.

All payment methods are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The minimum deposit is RM10 for all methods. Maximum deposit limits depend on the chosen method and the member's account verification tier.
Withdrawals are processed via the same method used for the deposit, subject to scrplay2's current policy. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30. Before the first withdrawal is processed, members are required to complete the identity verification process (KYC).

Funds in your scrplay2 account may only be used for betting within the platform. Transfers between member accounts are prohibited unless scrplay2 provides written consent. Any attempt to transfer or use funds in a manner that violates these Terms may result in account freezing.
Scrplay2 reserves the right to void or cancel any bet at the platform's sole discretion, including in the following situations: technical errors resulting in incorrect odds, bets placed after a match has started (except where in-play markets are permitted), or bets associated with suspected match fixing.
All odds displayed on scrplay2 are in Decimal format. Odds may change at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the scrplay2 system, the odds locked in at the time of confirmation are final.
In-play bets available in the Live Matches scrplay2 is subject to additional regulations. scrplay2 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time for technical or integrity reasons. Confirmed in-play bets will not be voided unless there is clear evidence of a system error.
Bet outcomes are determined based on official results issued by the relevant sports governing body. For football matches including the Malaysia Super League and EPL, results are based on 90 minutes of play plus injury time, unless stated otherwise. Winnings are credited to the member's account once the result is confirmed.
If a match is postponed and not resumed within 24 hours of the original match time, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned to members. For badminton and cricket, this procedure may differ depending on the specific rules of the relevant tournament.
Scrplay2 sets maximum win limits per bet and per account, depending on the sport type, market, and account tier. These limits are subject to change and members will be notified in writing should any material changes occur.
All scrplay2 bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and special promotions — are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on each respective promotions page. In all cases, those specific promotion terms take precedence over the general provisions in this section.
Most scrplay2 bonuses are subject to rollover requirements before withdrawals are permitted. The rollover amount and minimum odds required to fulfil these conditions are clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Cancelled, void, or certain bet types such as two-sided betting do not count towards rollover calculations.

Members may request to close their scrplay2 account at any time by contacting customer support via email at support@scrplay2.ws. Before the account is closed, all active rollover requirements must be completed or cancelled, and any eligible balance will be refunded through the payment method used for the last deposit.
